WIBDECO is the leading banana trader in the Windward Islands. Our mission is to serve the banana industry, in particular, and the farmers and agricultural export sector, in general, of the Windward Islands. We aim to do so by providing our customers with high quality differentiated products and services at a just price and to return fair value to our suppliers.

For us, accomplishing our mission is crucial, but how we do so is equally important. The fundamental values and principles that inspire all our actions are:

Our stakeholders are our raison d'être - Our supplying farmers, our employees and all those with a stake in the business that we pursue; everything we do must ultimately be for their benefit.

Customers are the focus of everything we do - Without our customers, we would have no business and so we will remain consistent in our efforts to deliver them better quality products and services than our competitors.

Suppliers and distributors are our partners - We will maintain mutually beneficial relationships with our suppliers and distributors and other business associates.

Profits or adequate returns are necessary - While profit is not the only objective that we pursue, it is the ultimate measure of our success in serving our customers, as well as the measure by which our stakeholders will judge our efforts. It will also determine the extent to which we develop and grow.
